  Food and service were both outstanding. Quality of the fish was incredible, I'm guessing they get it from Fin next door. Chefs special rolls may seem expensive but you get your money's worth. I've lived in Guilderland for 20 years, will definitely be going here again.

  Just finished a delicious sushi dinner from Osaka! The service was excellent and food was fresh and artfully plated. I particularly loved the unique variety of rolls they have and how expertly the flavors all complimented one another. I highly recommend this new restaurant! My favorites from the evening were the Golden Apple Roll & Sushi Cake. Yum! We will definitely be returning! An exciting new addition to Guilderland! Great job!

  Excellent atmosphere, friendly staff and wonderful food made for an unforgettable date night. Highly recommend the Tempura Cheesecake for dessert!
